Not too strong out of the box. L ' grinder on the block is akwardly placed and difficult to get a knife in there to sharpen. Investing in a separate sharpener. by Korrosive
It was exactly what we wanted. My only complaint is having to hand wash. The built in grinder is so convenient and easy to use. Perfect set for us by Jennifer Andrews
